Opening new page

When I open a new page in IE 6 it is in a small window at the top left of my
screen. How do I control where and size of a new page.

Windows remembers the size of the last Normal IE window closed.
Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window.
