When I open more than one powerpoint file, they are all
opened inside one powerpoint session. I am using two
monitors and I would like to open the files in separate
powerpoint windows instead so I can maximize each window
in a different monitor. Is this possible? Is this an XP
issue or a powerpoint issue?

Thanks,

Jeff

Its a PowerPoint issue. There is actually only one instance of PowerPoint
for all open presentation but it gives an illusion that multiple
presentations are open. You can use the following workaround though:
1. Open two presentations.
2. Make sure that PowerPoint window is not maximized.
3. Drag the corners of any presentation so that it stretches across two
monitors.
4. Select "Window" | "Arrange All" menu item.

One of your presentation would be on one monitor while the other would be on
the other monitor.
