I have already a Access file done and when I try to call
the file I first encounter a security dialog box "Open,
Save, etc...", then trys to start Access and give me an
error message " This file is located outside your intranet
or on an untrusted site, Miscrosoft Access will not open
the file due to potential security problems, etc...". I am
on an network here at work and will be using the web site
only in the company intranet. How can I have both the
dialog box and message elimiated and just open Access with
my .mdb file.

You can export the file to your local machine and open it there. If you make
changes to it, simply import it back into the web site.

As long as the database is stored outside of the web, on a network
accessible drive, then open it directly in Access. However you will have
permissions issues if the database is currently open for writing by web site
users or you have it open is Access then web site users will have a
permission issue.
