Opening more than one IE window

Since I upgraded to XP- I cannot open more than one IE
window at a time. This is pretty frustrating as I take
Online College courses and need to run several windows at
a time. Help!
 
Launch Internet Explorer and from the Toolbar select:
Tools > Internet Options > Advanced. Scroll down to
"Reuse windows for launching shortcuts", uncheck the
box next to it, then click on Apply.

Internet Options> Advanced> remove check from Reuse windows for internet
shortcuts.
