opening Microsoft Outlook problems since install encryption softw

Hi
I use an emplore server-based windows system for e-mail in additiona to
tiscali for personal mail. Since installing Utimaco encryption software the
Moicrosoft Outlook desktop icon has been intermittently failing to take me to
Outlook which I use for dairy and contacts management system - NOT the e-mail
facility. It has now finally packed up completely !

Any idea what might be affecting this and what the solution could be ?

If you uninstall the encryption software and/or restore to a point before
the software was installed - does the problem exist?

(Sounds to me like the third party program messed up your machine and you
should ask them about it/peruse their FAQs and such.)
