Opening links

When I click a link on a website a new IE page will open
but it is always minimized. What can I do for these pages
to open full screen?

Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window.
