Opening links in email attachments

For whatever reason, even though I AM an administrator on my Vista 64 bit
operating system, I am suddenly not able to open links that are embedded in
my incoming 'Outlook 2007' attachments. When I click on a link I keep getting
a message that says. "The operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on
this computer, see your administrator." I've run a couple different programs
looking for viruses, spyware, etc. but all have come up clean. I also don't
see any setting in Outlook that I can change to get the function back.

There was the same question posted and answered just three hours ago in this
very group.
Did you not do ANY searching AT ALL?
