HELP!! I am so computer illiterate it isn't funnY! But
I have a problem that I hope someone out there will be
able to help me with. Whenever I open my email, and
click on a link, all I get is a blank window with the
caption across the bottom saying, 'waiting for such and
such store (to open)', with the hour glass and my curser
visible in the open scree. I wait and wait, but the link
sight never comes thru, even tho the message across the
bottom changes from 'waiting for.....' to 'DONE'. I have
to go to my Internet Explorer screen and type in the link
address to get to the sight. Can anybody help me figure
out what is wrong, or perhaps, explain to me how to
change my settings so my link sights will open up???

Thank you SO much in advance! Lynn

Try this:
1. Click Start, click Run
2. Type the following commands in the Run dialog box, and click OK (or hit
ENTER) after each command (noting the space between the 2 and the next letter):
regsvr32 urlmon.dll
regsvr32 mshtml.dll
regsvr32 shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 browseui.dll
regsvr32 msjava.dll

If that doesn't fix the problem, there are links that can be provided for
further information.
