Opening IE6 in full screen mode

Is there a way that IE6 can be set to open in full screen mode. I have
checked the shortcuts I have made and do not have an option as with other
programs to have IE6 open in maximized mode.

F11 is "full screen" to me. I can tell you how to get IE to always open
maximized, though:

Start>Programs>Internet Explorer>right-click>Properties>Run>Maximized.
