Opening hyperlinks

I can no longer open hyperlinks in emails received in Outlook. I don't recall doing anything that would have removed that capability. When I click on a link, a "Locate Link Browser" box opens, and "Internet Explorer" (the likely program to select) is not on list (it's actually my Documents folder)
Today, I had same problem when I tried to complete a "user profile" contained in an email. When I clicked "submit" button, I got the same box mentioned above
Any thoughts??

It is indeed looking for EXPLORE.EXE. Browse to the file and the problem
should be gone.
