Opening Files

Hi,

I'm a student and am trying to access my lecture notes online. I can open
them at university no problem but when i click on the link to open them at
home it doesn't open. all my lecture notes are in pdf form. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

Are your lecture notes located on the school's network? If so, you can only
access them when you are logged in to the school's network.

To make the notes accessible when you are not logged in, save the pdf files
to your hard disk. If you decide to do this, understand that you will be
reading the notes as they were at the point in time you saved them, which
may not be the current version.

Have you ever installed something at home to read .pdf files?
If not, either install the bloated Adobe reader of this smaller
reader:
PDF Reader-Foxit: http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/rd_intro.php
