R roger Mar 1, 2004 #2 Hi Bill, Go to Start > Run and type this regsvr32 shimgvw.dll (press enter) If the problem remains insoluble, you might try visiting the fax experts in news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windowsxp.print_fax Good luck
