OPENING EMAIL ATTACHMENTS

I'm new and am having problems opening any attachments I get with my
incoming emails? Does anybody have any suggestions? I'm lost! Thanks!

Donna,
Outlook Express/Tools/Options/Security Tab/remove the check mark from
"Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially
be a virus".
