I have Excel 2002 (Office XP) on a Windows 2000 PC.
Something has changed recently that now causes a severe
error window to appear whenever I try to open a Comma
Separated Variable(CSV) file.
The knowledge base mentions that the Regional Settings
must have different symbols for List separator and Digit
grouping in order for Excel to know how to format CSV data.
I've tried to adjust the Regional Settings to overcome the
problem, and I have reinstalled Office XP twice. But I
cannot seem to fix my problem.
Any suggestions?
