Opening Calendar to current time instead of start of day

Whenever I click to Mail and return to Calendar...it reverts to 8am and I
must scroll to current time of day. Any way to get calendar to open to
current time?

When switching back to the day view, your day's start time will be at the top.
Make your time interval large enough to encompass more of the day or inclrease
your window's vertical size and you should be able to see your current time.
The interval containing the current time should be highlighted in orange
within the time scale down the left side of the day view.
