Hi: I have Outlook 2002 and am interested in just using
the calendar and contact programs separately, but I don't
want to open them in the shell that integrates it all
with my e-mail (I use another program for e-mail). How do
I do this? Thanks CT

You could install Outlook with the "No E-mail" option, or you could just
ignore the Inbox in Outlook and not configure any mail services for it. Go
to Tools | Options | Other | Advanced and specify that you want Outlook to
open in the Calendar folder and right-click the Inbox shortcut on the
Outlook bar and remove that shortcut.
