opening attached graphics in e-mail

When my broker sends me an e-mail with an attached
graphics Futures Chart and I try to open it after
downloading the same,I get this message."unable to load
graphics convertion filter."The document, it is done on
Wordpad with a.doc after document description.Can anyone
help me?
