I've tried to open AOL from the desktop, the tray, and the start button and
none of them will open it. It worked fine on Saturday and then wouldn't work
on Sunday. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You want to open AOL ***WHAT***!? AOL is a company name, not a product
name. Maybe you couldn't open a web page. Maybe you are trying to open
an e-mail client. Or you use dial-up to connect through them but the
dial-up connectoid doesn't work. You never bothered to actually mention
WHAT is was of AOL that you were trying to open. We aren't there
looking over your shoulder to see what you are pointing at.

Usually you get one chance per potential respondent to elicit a reply
from them. If they skip your post because you gave them nothing to go
on (no details, no versions, no context), usually they will just move on
to the next post and never return to yours. Go read:

I'm afraid you'll need to contact AOL's tech support for resolution
of problems with (or caused by) their product; Microsoft has no control
over AOL's product quality (or lack thereof).
