What is the easiest/correct way to open another mdb from a button on a form?
The button should open the mdb and a form in the mdb. The 2 mdbs are
completely self contained. Is it possible to open the 2nd mdb without
starting a 2nd instance of MS-Access?

For the 2nd question the Solution is NO.
But if you need to Open a Form in an other Db you
can ADD on MDB_1 References the MDB_2.
In this way you have the Public Objects on MDB_2 like a
dpendencies.

Bye.
