Opening Access

When I initially open up Access it doesn't open up in the 'Maximize' position. It's small and i'm getting tired of having to maximize Access everytime I open it up. Does anybody know who to correct this??? Thanks.

Have you tried setting Access to open maximized by right-clicking on the
shortcut you use to open it? There should be a selection box to select
"minimized", :normal window" or "maximized" on the shortcut tab of the
shortcut properties form.

Use the Macro action RunCommand with "Command"
argument "AppMaximize"
