It is possible you may have some spyware/adware/scumware/worms on your
computer.
1. Open internet explorer go to tools then internet options, under the
general tab. delete files hit ok, then hit delete files again and put a
check mark in delete offline. then hit delete cookies, then clear history, I
usually keep history for 7 days may want to change yours.
Now go to security tab in this window you will see four icons
internet/local intranet/trusted sites/and restricted, left click on the 1st
icon and at the bottom click on default level do this for the other icons.
2. Please make sure your antivirus program is up todate and you have the
latest definitions, then run a full scan. Should you not have an up todate
antivirus program, then go to

check for updates before you do a full scan.
3. Go to the web site and download to desk top
http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/ run scan, this will check for WORMS/TROJANS

this is a free download that deals with spyware/scumware download and
install, this program will only install on a genuine xp computer, SO IF YOU
HAVE A PIRATED COPY it will not install.
Follow the instructions once installed, and go to update definitions then
run full scan and follow the instructions. If you CANNOT install this
program,
then download this program it is free

this program once installed you must go to updates first before you run a
