Opening a Window

Whenever I open a window it opens in a small size (about 1/4 my PC screen
size), how do I set a default to make it open to max screen size?

Windows remembers the size of the last Normal IE window closed.
Open such a window.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window.

This works most times, Open the window to full screen, then click on
menu,"file", and select exit. When you open that window again it will open
to the correct size. Other causes for this also.
