opening a web site since the microsoft sp 2

Hello, to anyone out there. I have been experiencing some problems with
trying to pull up a couple different sites since downloading the service
pack. I know it is my PC as i can get them off my friends, and folks pc's.
I get a message saying the 'subject' is not found. perhaps someone could
contact me and maybe walk me through fixing it?? (e-mail address removed)
