Opening a photo

I need help with something and this is probably a very dumb question, but I
can't seem to figure it out! When I right click on a photo to open it, I get
a list of programs that can open the photo. I want to open it in Adobe
PhotoDeluxe. This program is not listed, so I click Browse. The program is
listed under Program Files. How do I add this to the list? I have tried cut
and paste, I have typed the name in when I browse, but that just takes me to
the program. I would probably like to open all my photos with this
particular program. How do I do this? Thanks for any help!

Try this...

Right click an image and from the menu...
choose...Properties / General tab / Change
button.

If Adobe Photo Deluxe is not in the list...left
click the Browse button...

Open your Photo Deluxe folder and select the
executable...I'm guessing it would be something
like...Pd.exe.

Thank you very much for this! I selected the executable and now Adobe
PhotoDeluxe appears on the list.
 
I have another question on this topic. My jpegs default to a program fxfoto.
How can I change that universally on my computer. I want my jpegs to open
in internet explorer. Thank you.

Right click a .jpg and from the menu...choose...
Properties / General tab / Change button...

Choose the program you want and click...
OK / Apply / OK.
