Opening a PDF link inside of an arriving email on the back ground.

Hello,

I do receive fax to my email. Inside of this coming email there is link to
a PDF file. I would like to open that pdf link on the background and scan it
and if I see certain words in that PDF file, I would like to move it special
folder.

You'd need a com addin to do this - simple rules won't work.
