Hi

I'd like to know if anyone knows how to use the "Open Link in New Window"
with a single mouse click.

I would like to have the programmable mouse button such that the right click
(or center click) would , when clicked on a link, open a new window in which
to follow the link.

Anyone have an idea? Do you need a special mouse, or is it more of a Control
Panel type thing (or even more than that)
thanks for the help

Two Clicks - If you have a multi button mouse or a wheel
click mouse. Set the button you want to program
to "keystroke N" Then 'right click' 'programed button
click' will open a new window.
If you can set it to 'program specific', set it to IE and
you will have normal click in other programs.

Hi Gary
Thanks for the reply - I appreciate it.
In theory this works - but for some reason, buttons are not even getting
mapped on my mouse.
Even if I reassign the right mouse button to something else, the
reassignment does not take place.
I don't know if it is my mouse - I have a Cypress USB Mouse (optical and
scroll wheel).
I downloaded Intellipoint 5.2 and am running Windows XP sp2 -
Let me know if you have any other pointers...otherwise I will try with
another mouse.
thx

First you have to get your mouse working correctly so you
can program the buttons. Then it will work. I don't know
what drivers your mouse needs. Did any drivers come with
it?
