Opening A New Window As Maximised

Hi,

This is quite a trivial yet frustrating problem I wondered if anyoen can
help me with.

When I select a new IE window to be opened, the new window opens up in just
half the page.

I have IE New Window Maximiser that can open this page fully, but I just
wondered how I can actually get the page opened as maximised as possible
before the program kicks in and opens the page fully?

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
