I am having this problem since last few days, whenever Iclick on a link that
opens a new browser window, I get a error message saying - A Runtime Error
has occured, do you wish to debug?

And error is "The RPC server is unavailable"

What is causing this? And how do I get rid of this?

.
What operating system are you using?

If windows 2000 or XP make sure you have the latest patch
for the RPC whole in windows. It's referred to as the
blaster worm. Make sure if this is the case you download
and install for the correct operating system. If you have
98 or ME this is not the case.

Looks like you have MSBlaster.

The first and last links are to copies of scripts that will disinfect your
machine, the last one being zipped.
