Opening a form with empty fields

I have an input form that has three fields that will not show as "blank or
empty" when the rest of the form is blank. If I open the form to input a new
prospect, there is data in a field that belongs to a different prospect.

Thank you.

Are those fields bound to underlying fields in your data source? It sounds
like they are unbound fields.

After stepping away I might have found the problem. (I swear you go blind
looking at these things.) When the form opens up for new input it's actually
showing the very first record entered. The only info in that record is the
e-mail address. How do I get it to open to the end or should I put a Go To
Last button on the page.

Thank you

Perhaps your "going to the end", and opening as a Data Entry form mean the
same thing. Take a look at properties for the form, in particular, the Data
Add property.

Thank you again! So simple - I just was not seeing it. I've been looking at
this thing far too long. Once I change the Data property it came up as an
input form and that is perfect.

Thank you again.
