Opening a file in history created on a different computer

I have managed to share a business contact manager database with 2 other
users in my company. I now have added a file to each business contact record
that we all need to view on the same computer where the database is held,
however the 2 other users can not open the file. it can be seen but says file
not found. Please can someone help. Thanks

BCM stores a path to the file. If on a machine that path cannot be
found, then BCM cannot open the file.

A typical way top share files is to put them on a network shared
folder, and ensuring that all machines can access that folder with the
same path.
