Opening a doc at the begining

I have a rather lenghty journal when opened, automatically opens the document
at page one. Can I set it up to open at the place where I closed and saved
the document?
 
If this is Word 2003 or earlier, or a Word 97-2003-format doc in Word 2007,
you can press Shift+F5 on opening to return to the last edit point. Ctrl+End
will go to the end of the document in any version.
