..co.uk has nothing to do with not opening.
For one thing you have no index page, not even a temporary one, so all we
see is empty directories. There really isnt anything to open.
Don't use FTP or you'll wack the fp extensions.
Open FP on your local machine.
Open your web you created on your local machine...you created one right?
Then
File | Publish Web
here you'll enter
http://www.doctorwhostore.co.uk
then Publish to your online server.
