opening 2 Internet Explorer windows at the same time.

I can't open or run 2 Internet Explore windows at the
same time. I have Windows XP. I can open 1 with no
problem, but when I try the second one, It sarts to open
ten say that Internet Explorer has encountered a problem,
and has to shut down. It says I can send an error report,
which I have done but no help. Any ideas?
