Selecting Open With and selecting notepad on a .vb file
causes the script warning dialog to appear. When you
press allow the files loads as if you has selected the
default open command rather than loading in the selected
program.
If you then close the file and try again it works
normally.
Also it is treating .vb as script files. This is
incorrect. To my knowledge you cannot directly execute a
vb file.
