I seem to have duplicate entries in the dialog box that
appears when I right-click a file and select the Open
with... Choose program option. I am assuming that somehow
something in the Registry has duplicate entries, but I am
unable to find where to look. The books I have about
Windows 2000 Registry make no mention of such a thing or
how this list of programs is generated. Is there a way to
keep this list from containing duplicate entries for the
same program?

What happens if you logon as a new user?

while upgrading itselt. The program is Musicmatch Jukebox.

He asked you to try another account (a New/Other Profile) as a
diagnostic measure...
