I have a new 19"FST and all windows opened to full screen,ok. This showed at
1024x768. My best resolution as handbook is 1280x1024. Fine this gave me
smaller desktop icons etc. But now everytime I open a window I can not get
it to full size. I can stretch ok but the next window reverts. I can not
remember how to correct this to stay put. I want it to expand fully over
desktop I have IE 7 OE6 xpsp2
Thanks Roger

What has always worked for me was to stretch the window to full size with
the mouse and then click File and then Close. Works in IE, OE and Windows
Explorer.

full screen and a program ccleaner, for example but when opening my Orange
home page browser window I have to keep stretching it to full size now !!

That's a function of the application. Many apps remember the window size
when you close, some apps don't. It's possible there's a registry setting
for this, but you'll have to ask the app vendor for instructions.
