open web pages from outlook e-mails

Just upgraded from Outlook 2003 to 2007 on a Windows 7 system. Now when I
click on web links within an e-mail (from say NYTimes) I get a message that
says "the operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer". I have enabled the photo downloads in RSS and no change. Any
ideas?
