open web gives error "folder not available..."

hello Frontpage specialists!
on my new notebook I try to open a web with FP2000 (and 2003) but get error:
"folder http://www.Ellenberger.name is not available. It is either on a not
available drive protected by a password, or the file name contains a / or \"
I have tested to shut down my sygate personal firewall as well as windows xp
firewall without success. It works perfectly from another PC so a server
mistake can be excluded.
Please give me help, I have searched all offline help and communities in
german AND english.

thank you for your extremely interesting link list!

Though I checked all of them and partly knew about it already or trying out
did not give a resolution.

I also tried to activate some services on my notebook and check in the
firewall that the program is permitted to work over the internet.

Any more hope for solutions?
