Open Web Accessibility Error

Hi
I am trying to open my website and download from my web
host into FP2000. FP server extensions are ok, I can do
this on another pc but not on my current one. My
authentication details are correct but I get the error
message saying the folder isn't accessible etc etc. Can
anyonre help. Many thanks.
 
Can you browse to the site in IE and use File Edit w/ FP

No, if I go to ie and file edit I just get caught in
the "password loop" and get nowwhere. I can access the
site using my FTP programme using the same user name and
password. But what I need to do is download the complete
site with themes and navigation etc intact.
