Hello, I am not able to get into my MS Outlook. I have tried reinstalling
it, but that is not working. I keep getting a message that says "unable to
open your mail default folders" it also tells me to click on the mail icon in
MS Outlook. The problem is that while that message is up, I cannot click on
the Mail icon. But if I click "ok" to make the message go away, MS Outlook
closes and I everytime I open it I keep getting back to the message that says
to click to click on the mail icon. I am not sure what to do. Please help.

Create a new mail profile here: Control Panel->Mail Icon->Profiles->Add.

This is, of course, presuming you are using Outlook 2002 or 2003, neither of
you stated your version.
