open two internet sessions at the same time

i am unable to open two browser sessions at the same
time. is there a specific setting that needs to be
changed to allow me to open two browser windows at once?

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Uncheck "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts".
