Hi John
What has happened or changed on your system at about the time the problem
stated? Did you install any updates? Install any 3rd party software or
toolbars? Games or devices?
Have you installed Google, Yahoo, Yahoo Companion...if so, disable them and
see if the problem stops.
Also try the following:
First,
Log on as Administrator
Go to Control Panel>Systems>Hardware>Device manager button>
Click the Update button to update the driver and reboot
If still no joy,
Go to Control Panel>Systems>Hardware>Device manager button>
Uninstall button to uninstall the driver. Reboot and XP will reload the
driver.
