open programs

My ctrl alt del function has switched from showing open programs, to showing
open processes.

Any ideas on how I can switch it back?
 
Click on the Applications tab. Then close. It should remember that for the
next time. I just tested that using the red X to close but it should work
the same from File>Exit Talk Manager.
 
Hi,

If you can't see the tabs to change to the programs, then double-click the
border first.
