Port 80 is used to connect to the internet.

well i kind of new that, but is it surpouse to be open when i have adsl cabel
connect, and why would msft send me that message after a scan , i do a lot of
tradeing ,so i am always trying to be up on security , and thank you

What message? or what tool are you using? Are you running a web server?
Generally speaking that's the only reason incoming port 80 traffic would be
allowed.
