Hello Everyone,

Im working on a website useing frames. When I used a older verson of
FrontPage it let me open the page in the current frame. This was very nice
because it let me edit it as I would see it online. Since I use a lot of
tables and what not It helps a lot to see the page in the current frame.

Since I updated to FrontPage 2003 its not letting me open the page in the
frame I have selected. It opens it in a totally new window instead. I look at
the open options and it has Open, and Open In New Window which is grayed out,
and I dont see an option to open it in the current frame. Ive spent so much
time by trial and error to get the pages to look right and im almost willing
to install the old verson just for that option, but at the same time I cant
believe the new verson of FrontPage would remove that nice option.

Is there a way to open a new page in the current selected frame in FrontPage
2003? and if so, how?

Thanks,
Brandon

Set the "target" to the correct frame you want (through the Hyperlink
Properties box, choose "Target" or "Target Frame" (or similar terminology)
it will (I think, from memory) show a diagram of the frameset; just click
the frame/area within that diagram to set the correct frame, or there should
be a list of the frame/target names, just choose the one you want.

Thats not what I mean,

Its like when I have another page saved on my hard drive and I want to open
that page and edit it in frontpage, I want it to open in the frames page I
already have open, and not have it open in a new window to edit.
