Open New Window (right click)

When I right click and select Open in New Window, it opens as just a very
small box, showing just the title bar about 2cm long and I have to click the
maximize button to see anything.
Is there any way to set it so that when selecting Open in New Window,it will
open full screen automatically?

That's just a very small Normal window.
Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window.
