Open new window from short cuts.

When I click on a URL in OUTLOOK, I do want to ALWAYS open
it in a new window. Is there some option which allows me
to do this?

Note: I would also like this to happen, whenever I click
on a URL shortcut on the desktop on in my favorites folder.

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Uncheck "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts".
