Open New Window creates windows way too tiny as default

When right click in IE 6 and choose to open a new window
it creates a window of such a tiny size that only the bar
at the top is visible and I have to manually maxmize it
everytime I use the command. Is there anyway to change it
to the size that I want? I read that adjusting the window
size to what you want, holding shift, and closing the IE
window would change that size to the default but this has
not worked for me. I use Windows 2000.

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
