B Burt Dec 18, 2003 #2 Laura, Open IE and to to TOOLS/Internet Options and on the advanced tab, scroll till you see "REUSE WINDOWS FOR LAUNCHING SHORTCUTS and UNCHECK it and hit APPLY and OK.
