Hello.

I've saved my old calender on an usb-desk because I needed to reinstall my
computer. I have installed outlook once again and would now like to open my
saved calender. However, when I open it, all my appointments are named as
"occupied". Nothing else. I doesn't say what kind of appointment it is - it
doesn't contain the text I have written at the different appointments.

How to solve that problem, so I can once again see what my appointments
contain? Any help would be appreciated!

Niels

You'll have to be specific in describing what version of Outlook you used
before, which version you use now, how you save the calendar to the USB stick
and how you included it into Outlook now.

Hello. Thank you for responding!

The version of Outlook I use now is 2007. This is the same version I used
before.

I saved the calender on a usb with the normal "save as"-function in the
"files menu" in outlook. And I include it by using the normal: "open
calender"-function in the "files" menu.

Hope you can help me.

File>Save As doesn't save a calendar it saves only a single item in a
calendar. Likewise, FIle>Open>Calendar opens a single ics file. You did not
save your calendar, so you cannot recover it that way. See this:

Oh well. That is annoying.

But thank you for the response. Next time, I will save my calender, and make
sure it is really saved!
